No industry experience is necessary, but experience in sales or customer service will be helpful. Industry specific training will be provided by our experienced management team to help you acclimate and succeed in your new position.

What you’ll do:
Greet customers and communicate with them about their vehicle needs
Communicate with potential customers using all forms of contact (via phone, email, chat, and text)
Grow your knowledge base in order to overcome objections
Master the use of our customer relationship management software
Help keep the vehicles and facilities clean and organized
Manage your time spent working independently
Work with other employees to ensure every customer is properly cared for
What we’re looking for:
A genuinely nice personality who can communicate in a professional manner through phone, chat, and email.

A self-driven individual who can hold themselves accountable
Can thrive in a team as well as an individual environment and treats everyone with respect
This role will be filled in person at our Clearwater headquarters. You will need to have reliable transportation both to and from work.

Work hours and Benefits:
Your actual schedule and hours will depend on current sales staff levels, but will almost always consist of 5 consecutive days working followed by 2 days off.
Annual salary starting at 40k per year with annual increases topping out at 50k per year.
