Danny Archibald is the owner of Archibald's Inc. A business he and his father founded nearly two decades ago. Danny began his career at age 15 washing cars for the local Ford dealership. Driven by the desire to follow in his father's footsteps, Danny absorbed all he could from his peers and the literature provided to him. Danny quickly became the "kid who knows the answers" and began his career as a salesperson the day he graduated high school. Danny worked his way up through various positions in the dealership with a focus on pre-owned car buying. Danny's ability to buy desirable vehicles landed him a job as regional car buyer for Hertz Car Sales. Charged with the responsibility of obtaining hundreds of cars per month, he gained insight and built relationships that today keep Archibald's the area's leader in pre-owned sales. In 2001, Danny joined forces with his father John and founded Archibald's. Both Danny and John disliked the traditional car buying process and believed a change was overdue. Danny is relentless in his pursuit of improving the car buying process. When he's not in front of a computer screen searching for vehicles, he's coming up with ways to enhance the overall customer experience at Archibald's.
Sean Miller oversees customer experience, the entire sales department, and vehicle operations at Archibald’s. He’s everyone’s go-to person at the dealership as there isn’t a question he can’t answer. Sean was very young when he began his career as a car wash attendant at Archibald’s 17 years ago. Always a hard worker, he was fascinated by the entire car buying process. Continually asking questions, Sean found himself spending his breaks shadowing peers and learning as much as he could. Sean never stops learning and challenging himself. Sean has now held every position at the dealership and finds himself as a key employee and a large part of Archibald’s continued success. His expertise has made him a very knowledgeable resource that his clients appreciate. Sean’s genuine interest in his customer’s happiness has given him an uncanny ability to find the vehicle that best fits their needs and desires. Sean’s continually implementing new processes that enrich the transparent buying experience for all that choose Archibald’s.
Sherry Blondheim has managed the accounting department at Archibald's since 2004. She is charged with countless responsibilities including vehicle title and licensing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, vehicle processing, and wholesale accounting. Sherry's strong work ethic and years of automobile accounting experience allow her to perform many tasks simultaneously. Most businesses the size of Archibald's Inc employ three staff members to handle the workload that Sherry handles.
Bruce Culbertson oversees the Finance and Compliance departments at Archibald's. Bruce began his career in the automobile business over 20 years ago. Bruce's integrity and relentless commitment to customer satisfaction have propelled him to the top of his field. Bruce joined the Archibald team over a decade ago and immediately went to work building the finance department he heads today. Bruce makes friends of everyone he interacts with and has a very high standard of professionalism. Bruce's integrity and consistent follow-through have forged relationships with lenders allowing Archibald clients to secure interest rates and terms otherwise unavailable. Bruce continues to bring transparency and new ideas that transform the car buying process.
Johnny Archibald is a product specialist at Archibald's. Growing up in the family business, Johnny was washing cars before he could drive them. Johnny's excellent work ethic and eagerness to learn has propelled him to the top of his field. Johnny is skilled in many aspects of the car business. His experience in finance allows him to solve the most complex of situations that arise and complete every aspect of the car buying process for his clients. Vehicle acquisition is another area where Johnny excels. He's a car enthusiast and has become an authority on a wide array of makes and models. When he's not assisting a client, he's researching the latest trends in cars. Johnny's ability to establish an accurate trade-in value has aided in his goal of speeding up the overall purchase process at Archibald's. The customers who Johnny interact with appreciate the fact that he can answer all of their questions. Johnny's continually in search of ways to bring transparency to the car buying experience. Living his dream in the family business he loves, Johnny is an inspiration to many.
Alyssa Garcilazo is a Finance Manager here at Archibald's. Alyssa is a true Florida girl who brings that famous sunshine with her smile and vibrant attitude. Alyssa is a real self-starter with an insatiable thirst for knowledge. She comes from a career in the cellular industry where she managed 15 stores and traveled extensively. When an opportunity presented itself allowing her to put her skills to work at a job that kept her home with her family at night, she made the change and began her career in automotive finance. She's spent the last four years helping her clients navigate the finance part of their vehicle purchase. Alyssa truly cares about the customers she meets and sparks an immediate trust and friendship. Her clients know that if questions arise, they can call on her and she will find the answer. When she's not here making friends, she's with her family. Alyssa is committed to her community and is very active in local sports and events. Spending time with her husband and children is what Alyssa enjoys the most. Whether it be coaching her children's sports teams or spending a day at the race track rooting for her husband, she loves her family and the time she gets to spend watching them grow.
Jordon Archibald is a product specialist at Archibald's. Specializing in customer finance, Jordon has the knowledge it takes to navigate the sometimes challenging finance aspect of car purchasing. Growing up in the automobile business, Jordon knew from a young age that he wanted to follow in his Dad's footsteps and sell cars. As soon as he could, Jordon began washing cars. Holding the official title of "Lot Boy," Jordon couldn't have been more proud. He absorbed all he could as he worked his way up the ladder into a position as Product Specialist. Jordon also has experience in vehicle acquisition and reconditioning providing his clients with a very smooth and quick trade-in process. Giving the best experience possible has always been Jordon's passion. His kind and patient nature resonate well with car shoppers. Clients come in daily asking specifically for Jordon to pair a new phone or remind them how a feature operates on their vehicle. Jordon has made it his mission to create and maintain the "world's best car dealership."
Guy Adams brings an unprecedented level of experience to our product specialist department. Guy began serving the local car buying public over 35 years ago. Known and sought after for his energetic attitude, Guy has helped countless locals find the perfect vehicle. Skilled in all aspects of the car dealership, Guy has held positions as General Manager, Used Car Manager, Sales Manager, Inventory Control Manager, Finance Manager, National Sales Trainer, and the list goes on. Guy's skills and background create a smooth, seamless, and most of all, fun buying process for his clients. Known for his unparalleled problem-solving skills, Guy can assist clients with even the most challenging situations. As one of the few who is fortunate enough to find success in the industry that they love, Guy Adams is truly blessed.
Jocelyn Miller is in charge of all things digital at Archibald's. Her job is multi-faceted and always evolving. As our shoppers view cars online more than in person, photos and internet marketing become extra important. Jocelyn's role could easily be called the most important in the company. If you visit our website or see our vehicles on countless third-party sites, it's because Jocelyn put them there. It's challenging, but she is a hard worker and prides herself on a job well done. Jocelyn joined our team in 2016 as a part-time photographer, but her strong work ethic and a keen sense of digital marketing caught the eye of management, and she soon found herself immersed in responsibility. You seldom see Jocelyn as she is either braving the elements to get just the right photograph, or she's in front of a computer screen wherever she can find a quiet place, but her hard work is the reason we are always on the forefront of vehicle photography. Jocelyn is continually finding ways to enhance the shopper's experience at Archibald's.
Brock Redinger manages vehicle reconditioning and inventory control at Archibald's. Brock's relationship with Archibald's began in 2012 as a product specialist. He has a passion for everything automotive and is well respected in the local auto industry. Brock's relationships and unparalleled knowledge of vehicles uniquely qualify him for this high paced job. Moving 1300 cars per year through our reconditioning process from acquisition to display on our lot is a challenging job. Brock's desire for greatness and attention to detail shows in the cleanliness of our vehicles.
Zach Olson is a product specialist here at Archibald's. Zach comes from an extensive background in tractor and equipment sales where he spent the better part of his working career meeting the needs of area farmers. Zach's passion lies in customer service. He is the person that relates to anyone. The guy who you know you can count on no matter what your challenge is. Zach enjoys learning about the latest in technology and how things work. Zach's customers appreciate the fact that he genuinely listens. A problem-solver by nature, Zach digs until he finds the solution.
