At Archibald’s Auto Sales, we’re looking for a talented Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. We’re a family-owned, local business that’s been serving the Tri-Cities for more than 20 years, and we’re growing. This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, intelligent, and ready to take ownership of important administrative work that keeps our business running smoothly.
We’re looking for someone who has the skill and professionalism of an AA4-level admin but wants something different — a job that’s closer to home, more stable, and part of a small team that truly values its people. Archibald’s doesn’t do rounds of layoffs or operate based on government budgets. We’re consistent, family-oriented, and here for the long haul.
If you’re the kind of person who enjoys being trusted with real responsibility, thrives on staying organized, and takes pride in doing things right the first time, you’ll fit right in.
A Day in the Life
You arrive in business professional attire, ready to take on the day. You’ll occasionally greet visitors or answer calls — but most of your work happens behind the scenes, supporting executive management and ensuring the office runs efficiently.
You’ll handle important administrative work, including processing in-state and out-of-state vehicle title paperwork, organizing and maintaining files, preparing reports and internal documents, and assisting with accounting-related tasks.
You’ll also help onboard new employees, train them on phone and office systems, and serve as the go-to person when something needs to get done. You’ll be using Microsoft Word and Excel regularly, and you’ll be expected to manage your own workflow and systems to stay organized.
This isn’t a role that requires constant oversight. Once trained, you’ll be expected to take initiative, follow through, and create repeatable processes that keep tasks from slipping through the cracks.
You’ll leave each day knowing you made a difference — helping the business run smoothly and supporting a team that genuinely appreciates what you do.
What We’re Looking For
• Associate’s degree or higher
• At least one year of experience in administrative or executive support roles
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and make decisions independently
• A friendly, professional attitude and the ability to genuinely connect with others
• Reliable attendance and consistent follow-through
What We Offer
• Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (with a one-hour lunch)
• Starting at $21 per hour
• Medical plans with employer premium participation
• Retirement plan options
• Aflac supplemental coverage
• Paid holidays (up to 5 per year)
• PTO starting day one
• Employee discounts
• A stable, family-oriented work environment where your contributions matter
This job requires business professional attire most days, as you are the face of the company.
If you’ve been waiting for the right opportunity to step into a meaningful role where your skills are appreciated and your job feels secure, we’d love to meet you.
