Vehicle Acquisition Specialist
If you have a passion for cars, being a professional car buyer might just be the job for you. An acquisition specialist at Archibald’s is a very important role as we need to find nice cars and a lot of them. Your primary responsibility will be talking to clients who wish to sell vehicles to us.
In this role, you will use Kelley Blue Book’s proprietary software to analyze vehicles and determine a value. You will review this information with clients and help guide them through a quick process that ends in a check being issued for the vehicle.
In this position, you will spend the majority of your time on the phone speaking with individuals eager to sell their vehicles. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills. You need to be an individual who can talk to a stranger and immediately strike up a friendly conversation yet be a great listener at the same time.

What you’ll do:
Respond to inbound and outbound leads in a timely manner.
Prioritize your workload to maximize efficiency and results.
Communicate with potential sellers using all forms of contact (via phone, email, chat, and text).
Grow your knowledge base in customer interactions and vehicles in order to overcome objections.
Keep detailed records of your interactions with prospects.
Master multiple lead delivering platforms.
Manage your time spent working independently.

An individual who can quickly evaluate the overall appearance and condition of a vehicle and note any wear and tear or damages.
Someone who has great organization skills and keeps a clean work environment.

Work hours and Benefits:
Full time 40 hours per week.
$15 an hour with a lucrative bonus plan. Wages are determined on performance and initial skill set. Depending on your experience, you can expect to earn $3500-$4,300 monthly
