Notes from the dealer
WE SOLD THIS HEMI DURANGO IN 2022 AND IT JUST CAME HOME: TWO WASHINGTON OWNERS, NO ACCIDENTS REPORTED, AND A 5.7 V8 THAT STILL WAKES UP THE WHOLE PARKING LOT. Dodge says the Durango is for muscle car people with families, and the R/T is exactly that idea in metal: Charger attitude, three rows of seats. The 5.7 liter HEMI V8 sends 360 horsepower and 390 pound feet through an 8 speed automatic, with all wheel drive for Washington winters and a sport tuned suspension that makes this big rig feel smaller and angrier than it has any right to. Picture Saturday morning: kids buckled in the second row, coffee in the console, and that lumpy V8 idle rumbling through the drive through line. Nobody else in line sounds like you. Here is the part we love. This is not a car we are guessing about. Archibald's sold this exact Durango in August of 2022 at about 20,000 miles. The West Richland family who bought it kept it nearly four years, drove it a modest 11,600 miles per year, and serviced it faithfully right here in the Tri-Cities at Jiffy Lube, Autobahn Auto Care in Kennewick, and Lithia Dodge of Tri-Cities, 17 service records in all on the CARFAX linked below. Two Washington owners since new, no accidents or damage reported, clean title guaranteed. We knew this car when we sold it the first time, and now we are vouching for it twice. Destroyer Gray Clearcoat over a black interior, 66,395 miles, and the refreshed 2021 cabin built around the big 10.1 inch Uconnect touchscreen. On Kelley Blue Book, 9 out of 10 owners of the 2021 Durango say they would recommend it to a friend. The hot rod SUV has a loyal following for a reason. Shopping from a couple hours away and wondering if this one is worth the drive? We get it. Every car looks good in pictures. This one has already been through our shop front to back, with any mechanical needs corrected before it earned a spot on our lot. We are a small Kennewick dealer and our name rides on every car we sell, so we are picky on purpose. Do not take our word for it: read our reviews, then call or message us and we will send additional photos, a full walkaround video, a cold start clip, or answers to anything else you want to know before you make the trip. We are at your service, and we would rather over prove this car than have you drive home wondering. Two owner HEMI R/Ts with local history like this do not linger. A negotiable documentary service fee of $200.00 may apply to each purchase.

LOVE 5.7L V8 HEMI
by MK78 on 4/17/2026 2:14:00 AM
It's naturally aspirated and probably the best bang for your buck! I read many reviews and disagree with some of them. When you get behind the wheel of this particular vehicle, you have to appreciate the feel of a V8 Hemi engine. Some reviewers mention the efficiency (or lack of). Would you expect anything less from a car that delivers this much horsepower in an unassuming way? I also own a Ram 1500 that has all the bells & whistles (also with a 5.7L V8 Hemi), and it's already 10 years old, but just as beefy as the day it was being driven off the lot. I bought this knowing full well the gas mileage I would get, but don't care. I looked and researched electric cars for years, and still not convinced to go that route. My love for these types of cars stems from growing up at my parents' gas station. Forty years of exposure to American muscle cars has been extremely influential in regard to my choices when buying a new car. It's not broken and doesn't need fixing. Maintenance is the key to longevity. - 4.0
Great ride reliability better then expected
by SteveO on 12/22/2025 3:00:18 PM
I have had this vehicle for 10 years and overall have been very happy with it. We had towed with it for a number of years and it handled a 4700lb trailer fine. The hemi is great. Milage not so good but what do you expect from a V8. Reliability has been good until recently. Had to replace the starter, Fuel pump and some valve springs. For 170k miles overall not that bad. The fuel pump can only be accessed by dropping the gas tank. Put in an access door. - 4.0
2019 Durango
by Jim on 11/1/2025 12:16:59 PM
Had to get another vehicle after previous one was totaled by insurance. Searched exclusively on auto trader as they are the only website I have been able to find that has multiple search parameters. This Durango showed up with 5400 miles on the odometer. Virtually a drive train that is just broken in. It does have acoustic glass and very quiet. It has one of Stellantis most reliable engines with the 3.6, 3rd row seats, good sound system. Since it is a base model it doesn't have a lot of frills. No heated steering wheel, seats, blind spot, power rear lift hatch but it also does not make the bells, dings and whistle noises the other vehicle did. The previous vehicle (Acadia Denali) had so many options we turned half of them off. I could not drive into the garage without several sensors going off. Turned off auto steering, beeper for blind spot etc. Nice to have a vehicle that I don't have to turn things off just so I can drive it like a normal car.
