ONE OWNER FOR NEARLY TEN YEARS AND A TOYOTA OF TRI-CITIES SERVICE FILE AN INCH THICK. This 2016 RAV4 XLE AWD has had exactly one owner since new, and after moving to Kennewick in early 2018, that owner took it to Toyota of Tri-Cities for practically everything: 18 service records on the CARFAX, oil changes right on Toyota's schedule, fresh front brakes last June, and another service visit as recently as January. No accidents or damage reported, a clean guaranteed title, and a Great Reliability rating in the top 25 percent of comparable vehicles. The XLE is the sweet spot of this generation: power moonroof, dual-zone automatic climate control, backup camera, 17-inch alloys, and Toyota's proven 2.5L four paired with all-wheel drive for our Northwest winters. Almost like new!

In 2025 we had a new motor & a new transmission, we were able to do this because we had a lifetime warranty. We then moved to an independent facility & now rarely drive it, so that’s why we feel it is in very good condition. Has 4 new tires less than than 6 months old. - 5.0

I will only buy Toyota because they are great long lasting vehicles. We have used our RAV4 to travel, camp and its my day to day car. It's great! - 5.0

For an eleven year old vehicle it runs great. All options still work well. Both the interior and exterior have worn well. The engine runs smoothly but has been maintained as suggested with regular oil changes. Gets good gas mileage and uses regular gas. There is some road noise and rides a little rough over bumps. Overall it is a great vehicle!
