You pop the roof panel out, set it in the back, and drop into a Tension Blue leather seat with a numbered plaque staring back at you from the dash. Satin black stripe down the center, blue hash marks on the front fender, Watkins Glen Gray Metallic everywhere else. Nobody is going to walk into a Chevrolet store and build another one of these.

That is $29,445 of extra cost equipment stacked on top of the base car, with destination adding another $995.
Z07 is the box that separates this Corvette from every other Grand Sport sitting on a lot. It brings the Z07 suspension with Magnetic Selective Ride Control and four wheel antilock ceramic disc brakes, and it is a big part of why a Grand Sport with the paddle shift eight speed will reach 60 miles per hour in roughly 3.6 seconds behind a 460 horsepower 6.2 liter V8 driving the rear wheels.
The Collector Edition, RPO Z25, was capped by Chevrolet at 1,000 cars. It is the reason this one wears Watkins Glen Gray Metallic over a full Tension Blue leather interior, the satin black center stripe, the blue fender hash marks, Collector Edition sill plates, the numbered interior plaque, sueded microfiber wrapped interior trim and steering wheel, and black Grand Sport wheels measuring 19 inches in front and 20 inches at the rear.
The 3LT group and the rest of the sheet fill in competition sport bucket seats that are heated and vented with eight way power, power lumbar and bolster adjusters, a memory package, head up display, Bose premium audio, a performance data and video recorder, front curb view cameras and a rear parking camera, dual zone automatic climate control, remote vehicle start, universal home remote, high intensity discharge headlamps, adaptive suspension, front and rear anti-roll bars, luggage shade, cargo net, and a 2.73 limited slip performance rear axle.
The history is as clean as the build sheet is loud. CARFAX reports no accidents and no damage of any kind, no structural damage, no airbag deployment, no total loss, no odometer discrepancy, a guaranteed clean title, and no open recalls. Early service was handled by the selling Chevrolet dealer in Boise, with maintenance inspections and oil and filter changes at 2,034 and 4,326 miles. The odometer reads 14,398.
